Jessica’s background is in commercial law in the energy and resources sector, with strong senior management experience in the mining industry.
Jessica has a Bachelor of Law, a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and is completing a Masters of Marketing. Jessica is a board member at Brand Tasmania, the State government’s place branding statutory authority.
Jessica has been the Commercial Manager at two mining operations and represents the mining industry on the Tasmanian Heritage Council. She has a strong understanding of the requirements of industrial operations, balanced with an understanding of community expectations and the need to manage both effectively for the benefit of all stakeholders.
Lindsay spent over five years in Northern Europe, completing a Masters in Business Administration, majoring in energy, natural resources and environment from the Norwegian School of Economics and a Masters in Sustainability and Social Innovation from HEC Paris.
Lindsay is a CPA qualified accountant, starting his career at PWC. Over the past three years he has led strategic projects for an ASX listed iron ore mine and managed the analytical team.
Lindsay has a strong technical understanding of the clean energy technology landscape and assists clients to deliver financial modelling services, raise funds and to develop and implement sustainability strategies.
Danny joins Ellis Richmond as a Senior Analyst after 17 years in accounting and business advisory and has worked extensively with both corporate and family businesses through his previous roles at KPMG and smaller local firms. He has significant experience in assisting businesses with strategic planning, business model establishment and reviews, financial modelling, system reviews and implementations, grant funding applications and corporate finance related matters.
Danny grew up in North-West Tasmania and understands the importance that industry will play in Australia's future economic prosperity. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant who enjoys helping businesses adapt to meet evolving requirements and to capture new opportunities.
Kelsey is an experienced project manager with over 12 years in the design and construction industry. She's the kind of person you want involved in any project, a highly capable 'fixer' when things go wrong with a strong track record of ensuring it doesn't. Kelsey has a degree in Environmental Design/Architecture from UTas and is excited to be supporting clients across industries to deliver projects on time and under budget, keeping sustainability front of mind. Kelsey has a strong understanding of the industry, having spent time in Japan she takes a global perspective on opportunities to enhance the systems and processes of every client.
With extensive experience across cost control, project scheduling, overseeing design management and business development she has worked on projects from minor works up to $50M capital projects. Kelsey is also passionate about supporting the community, she is Vice President of the National Association of Women in Construction, sits on community boards and volunteers at Salability Tasmania amongst other organisations.
Toby has a Bachelor of Business at UTas and is a CPA qualified accountant. He has spent the past four years in the mining industry as a business analyst.
Toby focuses on cost accounting, budget building, cost modelling, business case preparation and both financial and non - financial data analysis.
Toby enjoys understanding exactly how an operation works and the challenges and opportunities this brings as industry continues to face disruption.
Tom has a Bachelor of Environmental Management majoring in Sustainable Development from the University of Queensland.
He has spent the past five years in the renewable energy sector as a carbon analyst, exploring different renewable and green energy technologies to maximise carbon abatement through LGC and ACCU projects, with strong experience in NGER, ERF and CFI reporting.
He is passionate about decarbonising the agricultural sector and he's project managed the development of landfill gas to energy power facilities across Queensland.
Clint supports both the internal team with IT management and clients in digital transformation. He also supports the Local Carbon technical team, developing solutions and providing backend support. Clint has spent over 15 years in IT, working in the armed services, in Antarctica and government departments. His combination of life and technical skills make him an extremely valuable team member.

Kyle has spent the past five years at St Mary's in the US completing an undergraduate in Business Administration (major in finance) and an MBA.
Kyle returned to the north west coast where he applies his strong analytical skills to optimise supply chains and to lead procurement functions.
Alyssa is an accountant in our business finance team, with extensive experience in industry, she is both practical and innovative in her approach to working with clients.

Jack graduated from UTas with a Bachelor of Business - Finance Major. He supports the capital raising team with financial modelling and a passion for supporting clean energy tech start ups. Jack also supports the operations team with project cost control services.
Tim is a recent graduate from the University of Tasmania with a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Business where he majored in environmental economics and management, he is currently undertaking his honors. With a passion for all things seaweed and sustainability, Tim supports the team in conducting research and analysis that influences our work and helps our clients make informed decisions.
Junior IT Consultant
Angus supports the team across ER and Local Carbon providing IT support and building solutions as we continue to develop more features. He also supports clients with SharePoint and project document management.
Thomas has spent the past five years working in IT across industry and as a project analyst in banking and finance.
